Payment and Delivery Terms

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Android Pay and QuadPay are accepted payment methods.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address with your order. 

Orders placed Monday-Friday between 12:01AM and 11:30AM Mountain Time will often ship same day, but are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after 11:30AM Mountain Time will often ship on the next business day.

Typical delivery times are between 2-7 business days within the USA. Orders of $99+ qualify for free standard ground shipping in the lower 48.

Shipments outside of standard service areas, including Alaska, Hawaii and outside the USA, may experience longer shipping times and do not qualify for free shipping.

All shipping options offered at checkout include a tracking number, which will automatically be sent to the email address used during checkout when the order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Return Policy

Unused items purchased directly from TOBE can be returned or exchanged until January 31st. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

All returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging and include all original tags.

Items returned or exchanged without these requirements met will incur a 15% restocking fee or denial of the return or exchange.

Refunds will only be administered to the original payment method. TOBE will refund the original payment method in full (unless a restocking fee is incurred) within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product(s) and verifying it meets the requirements of this return policy. Once a refund is processed, it can take 7-10 business days for a credit to be reflected on your payment method's statement.

Promotions Return Policy

Items purchased directly from TOBE during a promotion can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In the event of a return that included a gift with purchase, the gift(s) with purchase promotional item(s) must be included in the return in new condition or the customer will be charged the full price of the promotional product. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging and include all original tags.
