Name: Jerry Fredriksson
Hometown: Gäddede, Sweden
Current location: Gäddede, Sweden
Sport: Backcountry Snowmobile
Riding style: “I wanna be a rider that has a wide range of riding skills. No matter if it is about spring riding and hitting jumps or that steep technical tree riding.”
How did you get your start: “Where I grew up and live snowmobiling is a natural part of the society, so when I was old enough to ride by myself I found that I was hungry for more than just trail riding. As the years passed, my ambitions grew stronger to challenge myself to do bigger stunts."
Favorite TOBE Gear: “It’s always been the mono suit. Ever since 2010, I’ve been riding in the TOBE mono. I have to say that the Novo V2 is my favourite right now.”
What makes TOBE the ideal gear for you? “From the start, its purpose has been to satisfy freeriders and over the years the gear has become more and more fine-tuned for that purpose and that’s why it’s perfect for me.”
Favorite zones: “Jormvattnet/Sicamous”
Plans and goals for this season: “I work a lot on training up my skills in the tree riding area, but I’m also gonna try to find my way back to my roots with whips and jumps; although I will be doing it on my 155” sled.”
Biggest Accomplishment: “180 degree whip in Riksgränsen in 2011.”
Inspiration: "Other riders that really give 110% all the time."
Anything else people should know about you: "Not really. I hope my riding speaks for itself."
