Not a problem! First, fill out the return request form and be sure to let us know what size you'd like to exchange for here.
When we receive your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address.
When we receive your gear, and see it is in brand new, unused condition in its original packaging and tags, we'll ship out your exchanged products.
Once we receive the gear and see that it is in brand new, unused condition with its tag attached and original packaging intact, we will refund your account.
Items returned or exchanged without these requirements met will incur a 15% restocking fee or denial of the return or exchange.
All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date.

Our goal is to get you back out on snow as quickly as possible! To receive, repair and ship your item back to you typically takes between 2-4 weeks, depending on the time of year.
During peak season, repair centers can become backlogged, which may extend this timeline.
Our ergonomic suspenders are built to accommodate a wide variety of body types in each size of the suit, which is why they may seem larger than they should. We do not sell suspenders separately, but what we recommend instead is cinching up the suspenders all the way, and then creating a loop in the excess slack to get your desired fit.
Once you have the fit you are looking for, the best method is to sew the loop in place permanently.
In a word: Nikwax! We recommend using Nikwax Tech Wash as you would normal detergent to begin the wash. Then, when the rinse cycle starts, add the TX Direct Wash-in (DWR formula). When you pull your gear out of the washer, the water will be beading right off of it again; good as new! Then, tumble dry your outerwear on low heat to dry it.

Within XXXXXX countries, you may be given the option to pay after delivery. This payment option is handled by Klarna.
If you choose to pay later, you will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.
You will not receive the Klarna invoice when you place your order, but once it has left our warehouse. If you are unsure about the Pay Later option, you can use a credit/debit card or PayPal just like normal.
Sometimes the option to pay after delivery does not appear as a payment option. This may depend on either Klarna not having enough information to approve the pay after delivery option, or the purchase amount is too high.
